A revolution in rehabilitation & recreation – DOING • BEING • BECOMING • BELONGING

Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapists bring a depth of knowledge across the body’s interconnected systems, allowing them to support a wide range of conditions – from musculoskeletal injuries to complex neurological presentations, and everything in between.

This includes supporting individuals living with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis and other progressive or long-term conditions, with a focus on maintaining function, mobility and quality of life.

Every treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, taking into account not just the condition, but the person, their goals and their day-to-day life.

Whether someone is recovering from a sports injury, managing chronic pain, or navigating neurological change, our focus remains the same – to support meaningful, lasting progress.

We aim to improve mobility, build confidence and increase independence, while supporting overall wellbeing in a way that feels achievable and sustainable.

Because at ARRC, physiotherapy is not just about treatment –
it’s about helping people move through life with greater ease, confidence and support

Exercise Physiology

Our Exercise Physiologists focus on helping people build the strength, routine and confidence needed to engage more fully in everyday life.

Through structured, guided exercise, we support individuals to develop consistency in movement – turning small, supported steps into meaningful, long-term progress.

We work with a wide range of conditions, including chronic health conditions and neurological presentations such as Parkinson’s disease and Multiple Sclerosis, adapting each program to suit the individual’s abilities, goals and stage of life.

For NDIS participants, our services align with Capacity Building supports, with a strong focus on improving functional capacity, increasing independence and supporting participation in daily and community activities.

Rather than short-term intervention, Exercise Physiology at ARRC is about ongoing development – creating sustainable routines that support strength, mobility and confidence over time.

It’s not just about exercise.
It’s about helping people feel more capable in their bodies, more confident in their environment, and more connected to their community.
